Hope Chest for Breast Cancer

"The Hope Chest for Breast Cancer partnered with IML for our 7th annual Denim & Diamonds Gala in October, 2009.  Our guests were excited to use the electronic hand-held bidding devices, and together we were able to create a fun, competitive environment for our silent auction.  It was really nice not to have bid sheets and pens on the silent auction display tables...... 

 

 

It made our displays much “cleaner” and also fit in with our “green” philosophy!  The last minute bidding with our countdown clock created great drama.  Not only did we sell more items than ever in the past, we were also able to draw over-value bids on numerous items!

The support we received from IML was awesome.  They helped us create our graphics for displaying silent auction items/bids as well as our live auction PowerPoint slides.   And finally, the invoicing process that IML provided was a huge help to us in making sure that our guests received accurate charges for the items they purchased and in expediting the check-out process.

 

It was truly a team effort that helped our guests donate to the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer in support of the under-served women and families touched by breast cancer we are privileged to serve."
