Focus your audience on key issues and create instant action plans by using the XY Matrix to compare 2 separate criteria plotted on an X/Y grid.
Example:
The audience is asked to vote on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the least beneficial and 10 being the most) how beneficial it would be to implement each of the 5 options displayed.
The audience then votes again, using the same scale of 1-10 (1 being the hardest and 10 being the easiest) on how easy it would be to implement each of the 5 options.
Question Wizard automatically plots the data from both votes on an XY planning matrix.
In this example, the audience has voted that the blue option would be easy to implement and a benefit to the company, whereas the yellow option would be difficult to implement and of little benefit to the company.
