What is Breakout Mode?

Breakout Mode audience voting and rsponse systems enable audience members to vote on up to 100 questions anywhere outside of the main meeting room environment.

Attendees do not have to vote at the same time, as their individual responses are saved in the memory of the Communicator audience response wireless keypad and can be downloaded to a central database at a time convenient to you. 

Displaying questions

Questions can be displayed on poster boards and scrolling PowerPoint® presentations or placed in attendee packs.

How Breakout Mode works

Using the scrolling keys on the Communicator, attendees simply select the question number they want to answer and then enter their response.

 

Questions do not have to be answered in order, and attendees can review and change their answers at any time, simply by re-selecting the question number and pressing the clear key on the Communicator.

 

Once attendees have returned within range of the keypad base station, their responses can be downloaded to a Microsoft® database for post show analysis.
